He is President of Deeper Life Ministries, a non-profit religious organization committed to growing believers in Christlikeness through directed spiritual formation. He maintains an active schedule of speaking in camp meetings, revivals, conventions, and conferences. He and his wife Ruth have two married sons and six grandchildren. He has served in various conference roles and enjoys the administrative and creative facets of Church ministry. He is passionate about teaching the Bible and is often engaging one-on-one discipling with others in his community. He has been married to Valorie for 28 years and they are the parents of four children — Ashley, Autumn, Stewart and Kaley.

He was ordained by the Bible Methodist Church in Much of his ministry in the Philippines involved training and equipping pastors and spiritual leaders as well as helping advance the gospel through the promotion of church planting. Tim and Becky have been married for 29 years. They have 5 children and 2 grandchildren. He has served as Adult Sunday School teacher in various churches for over 15 years. This tension stemmed from the broader struggle to define African-American religious life. They provide a musical counterpart to the intense worship and refusal to surrender to the forces of death.
